Valid for all markets except UAE Residents and expats, living in UAE

» MEAL INFORMATION:

• Please see the below meal plan options available in the hotel:

Breakfast

Buffet breakfast at Turquoise restaurant.

Half Board

Half Board meal plan includes Open Buffet Breakfast and Dinner at Turquoise restaurant.

T&C

• Children as from 12 years old and above are considered and charged as adults.

• The Hotel reserves the right to close or to alter operating hours of the food & beverage or other outlets from time to time depending on hotel occupancy or weather conditions or any other operational issues, and will have no liability in this regard.

• Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.

» GENERAL POLICY:

• Rates are not applicable to groups of 8 rooms or more.

• Rates are applicable for minimum Lenght of Stay is 2 Nights except 23.12.2023 - 01.01.2024.

• During New Year - Minimum Lenght of Stay is 3 Nights for arrivals between December 23, 2023 – January 01, 2024 (inclusive) Check-out is allowed on the 31 December, 2023.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply

Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking.

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of the nightly contracted room rate.

Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate.

In order to guarantee late check-outs, this must be stated on the reservation form, with applicable charges.

Kindly indicate the approximate departure time for each booking.

Ramadan & Religious Holdays

Information about services during the Holy Month of Ramadan will be given closer to the date.

The Company is obliged to inform all clients about the Ramadan and other Islamic holiday restrictions and guidelines that may apply at the time of the booking.

Double Bookings:

In the case that the Hotel has sufficient reason to believe that a potential double booking may occur, due to an existing booking with same or similar booking details (name, number of rooms and dates) via a third party source, the Hotel may reject any new booking requests with the same booking details, even if from allotment, until the existing booking via a third party has been cancelled, followed by new request from the Company to the Hotel. The new request will then be dealt as per current availability chart.

Minimum Age:

Minimum age of 21 years (as per UAE law) or above is required for a stay at the Hotel, unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian.

Name Change:

No name change is allowed after the booking is confirmed.

» CHILDREN POLICY:

• 1st Child 03-11.99 and 2nd Child 03-05.99 can stay free of charge with Extra Bed (Rollaway Bed/Sofa Bed). Once extra beds are placed, space in the room will be limited and guests should be informed about the same at the time of booking.

• 2nd Child 06-11.99 is chargeable (Extra Bed & Meal Supplement) as per Rate Sheet Page (Attached).

• Bedding provided consists of a roll-away bed 80 x 195cm and baby cots (are suitable for infants of ages up to 2.99 inclusive) and subject to availability.

• Kids policy and maximum occupancy will be applied as per Rate Sheet Page (Attached).

• Children as from 12 years old and above are considered and charged as adults.
